西武池袋線中村橋駅から移転 |
5月の日曜、14時過ぎに訪問。行列がなくスムーズに入店。こちらに来るとラーメンばかりでしたが、初めてつけ麺を注文しました。
つけ麺（醤油、890円）
味は醤油、塩、辛いのから選べます。麺を冷水で締めるので、少しだけ時間がかかりました。
平たいねじれ麺はラーメンと同じでしょうか。
つゆにつけずそのまま食べても甘みがあって美味しい。ここの麺はほんと好き。
つゆは魚粉の香りとキリッとした醤油味が良いですね。
絡めて食べると不思議と粘りが、と思ったらとろろ昆布が入っているようです。
つけ汁が麺に絡んで旨いです。
麺も少なすぎず多すぎずで、つけ汁が冷める前にあっという間に食べ切りました。
味変に甘酢も提供されて、ちょっとだけ入れるとお酢の発酵香が印象を変えます。池袋の大勝軒みたいな雰囲気になりました。
ずっと宿題になっていたつけ麺が食べられて満足。ごちそうさまでした。
