◇記帳制
昼の部は10:30から記帳開始のため10:20頃に訪問し1巡目をゲット。開店10分前の11:35に再集合。
◇オーダー
中華ソバ1000円、味玉150円
◇スープ
煮干しの旨みがガツンと押し寄せる。軽いエグ味。塩分は幾分強め。
◇麺
歯応えのあるパツパツ系。
◇具材
煮汁のしみた厚めのチャーシューが美味。玉ねぎ、メンマ、のり。
店外に出て外の空気を吸った途端に口腔に煮干しの旨味が再来。これも煮干系の頂店が成せる技なのか。
