訪問時の食べログ評価は3.90。
平日ランチタイムに訪問。店前には記帳用紙があり先客が9名。
並んでいる間に食券購入を促され、
中華ソバ（1000円）
和え玉（250円）
をポチッとする。
待つ事20分ぐらいで入店しカウンターに着席する。
そして数分でラーメンが到着、では実食。
スープは想像よりさらっとしている。煮干しの旨味は濃厚で若干のエグ味もある、刻み玉ねぎのアクセントが◎。
麺はパツパツの食感でスープの絡みも良い。
分厚めチャーシューは甘い味付けで好みでない。
途中で和え玉をコール。
替え玉の麺の上にほぐし肉とたっぷりな刻み玉ねぎ、 麺の下にちょっぴり甘めな醤油ダレと煮干油。シンプルに麺の良さが際立つ。
つけ麺風にして食べても美味しかったです。
腹パンパン。美味しい煮干しソバに満足。
