東京のラーメン店で現在食べログ10位以内で訪れていなかった店はこちらの煮干し王道店のみでしたので訪れてみました。記帳制になっていて12時を少し回っていましたが12時50分の枠が取れてその数分前に店に戻ると程なく席に着くことができました。かなり人気店の印象がありましたので、長い行列も覚悟しましたが平日の影響なのでしょうか。ラッキーです。着席して数分で提供してくれましたラーメンはあのセメント色が濃く麺は中細麺を固めに茹でてあります。
具はバラというか角煮というか脂身と肉の部位が丁度よく配合されていてかなり柔らかく仕上げてあります。角切りされた玉ねぎがこの煮干しスープにアクセントを持たせています。
他の具は海苔のみの潔さです。追加で味玉をオーダーしましたが、こちらは普通の味玉でしたのでなくてもいいかなと思います。
そもそもこちらは好きな人だけ食べてと張り紙があります。私はあまり煮干しの本格ラーメンは苦手なので店にとってはありがたくない客のようです。淡麗の煮干しラーメンはいけますが濃いものはやはりその良さを理解できませんでした。
