Our restaurant offers chunks of meat that are slowly grilled over charcoal! We use a wide variety of ingredients, including Tochigi-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef thighs, aged sirloin, and various game meats. Bringing a variety of completely different meats to a delicious state is an extremely difficult task that requires a chef's skill. This is a dish that shows the skill of the chef! What's more, you can even add raw sea urchin toppings for just 500 yen, which is almost the original price! Please try it when you want a little luxury♪
Food Hokkaido-produced deer thigh meat (shintama)
This is carefully selected deer meat ordered from Hokkaido. The food is cooked slowly over a charcoal fire. We recommend eating the meat with truffle butter soy sauce and salted fresh pepper. Bringing meat to a delicious state is an extremely difficult task that requires a chef's skill. This is a dish that shows the skill of the chef!

Our store is particular about freshness, and there is almost no fishy odor that is characteristic of liver. I think I might even be able to eat it alive. (Of course, you can't eat it raw❌).
