今までこちらのお店はランチをやっていなかったと思いますが、
緊急事態宣言の影響なのか、ランチの看板が出ていました。
期間限定とメニューに明記されています。
12時半過ぎの訪問で、先客3、後客0。
ランチメニューは焼肉が3種類。
Aが黒毛和牛の赤身肉、タン、ハラミ
Bが豚のネギタン塩と、TKG
Cが牛の内臓セット。
その他にも、カレー牛すじ丼、牛スープうどんがあります。
Aにしました。
肉量は150gか100gで、100gの方で。
炭火の七輪が置かれて、数分で出そろいました。

Aの肉。
内もも肉、タン、ハラミ。
二切れずつ。
見るからに高級感のある肉。
実際、食べてもうまい。
厚切りのハラミは柔らかく、一番の好み。
焼肉は火加減が難しい。
高い肉はあまり火を通さず
と思っていたが、赤身の場合
生肉の弾力が残ると噛みにくい。
その肉質にあった火加減。
一発でわかるわけがない素人。
焼肉の達人になりたい。
スープが秀逸。
深みがある。
牛スープうどんなんて最高では！
