大山の遊座商店街の首都高寄りの路地にあるスペインバル。
通り沿いにのランチ看板に惹かれ入ってみることに。
祝日13時過ぎに入店。
店内はカウンター4席、テーブル4卓のこじんまりしたつくり。
男性店員さん2名で回していて、常連さんらしき男性が先客。
注文したのは、「鶏肉のチリンドロン(¥850)」。
連れは、「半熟とろとろオムデミシチュー(¥950)」、
10食限定の「海の幸ぜいたく魚介パエリア(¥1100)」。
待つこと12分ほどでサラダとスープが。
スープは牛肉が少しに玉ねぎ、ニンジンなど。
コクがあってすごく美味しいコンソメスープです。
サラダは紫大根がアクセント。
葉野菜たっぷりでほんのりニンニクが香ってるのかな。
シンプルな玉ねぎドレッシングも美味しいです。
さらに待つこと10分でメインが。
”チリンドロン”はトマトとオリーブの鶏肉煮込みとのこと。
トマトのマイルド感にチリ風味がほんのり香ります。
オリーブも結構入っていて噛むと味わいが広がりぐっと奥深さが。
鶏肉もゴロゴロ入っていて辛味はほんのりとこれは美味しい。
お米はパラっとしていて日本米じゃないのかな。
”オムデミシチュー”は洋風牛すじ煮込み風。
玉子焼きは半熟でとろとろ系でライスはパラっと系。
牛肉たっぷりですがちょっと脂分が多く重いのが難点。
”パエリア”は磯の香りがしっかり。
海老3尾、ムール貝3個、あさりも少々でしっかり焦げが。
期待通りの味でおいしかったようですが焦げが強め過ぎとのこと。
チリンドロン初めて食べましたがおいしくて気に入りました。
手抜きのないランチで日替わりパスタも気になるので再訪したいです。
