板橋区蓮根に美味しいカレーがあると聞き、土曜日の昼、予約していきました。
ちょうどお昼でしたが、先客は１組です。
年内はとてもエレガントです。オシャレ！
予約席に案内され、ブッフェでいいですかと確認されました。
まずは、スープです。マッシュルームスープとのこと。初めての味。美味しい。
スープの後は、自分でサラダを取り、カレーを取るシステムです。
サラダのドレッシング二種類、初めての味。なんとも表現できませんが、美味しい。
カレーは、３種です。呼び名は分かりませんが、豆とかぼちゃとチキンです。
かぼちゃは甘めで、チキンはジワっと辛い！豆も日本で食べできたものとは異なります。それぞれが美味いのですが、混ぜると更に美味い。今まで食べできたカレーと異なりますが、美味いです。
全ての料理が、ココナッツの風味がする感じ。紅茶も風味が強く独特。最後に出てきた卵ホッパーも変わってる！
日本的でない料理でとても面白い!そして美味しいね！
