If you want to enjoy fish and sake, we recommend Mishimaya. Before the coronavirus, this was a restaurant I often went to for company drinking parties and entertaining business clients. Recently, due to the coronavirus, company drinking parties and entertainment have stopped, so I go privately. The menu changes depending on the season, so be sure to visit when you want to experience the four seasons. This time, we went to Mishimaya to celebrate the company's 1st anniversary in August. The appetizer makes you want to drink sake. The dish of walnut tofu topped with sea urchin is especially outstanding. The soup has a different aroma because the soup stock is carefully made. The sashimi is fresh. The grilled fish and tempura were also great. I was very satisfied with the Sushi. Overall, the food is delicate and beautiful. The utensils are cute too. It is also recommended for women. The drinks started with draft beer, and I don't remember how many glasses of sake I drank, but I asked the hostess about the sake that would go well with the food, and I was able to taste and drink more than usual. The kaiseki cuisine here made me feel energized because I could feel the energy of the head chef. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and without a hangover. It's good sake and food, so I don't feel weird about it. It can be enjoyed in every season, so I'd like to visit again in the fall.
