少し苦味がある肝串はビールにも日本酒にもピッタリ
焼き鳥のモモ串が焼き加減が程よくまたこの大きさが嬉しい うまき、うざく、しら焼きでお酒を頂き 鰻重で〆る うなぎ三昧なんて凄い贅沢をさせて頂きました
しら焼きの身質の柔らかさ 全く臭みを感じない わさびを少しつけそのままパクリ 鰻重のタレが厚みがあり甘さも醤油っけも程よくふわふわの鰻を引き立てめちゃくちゃ美味しかった また伺います ありがとうございました
