休日昼に訪問です。
11時過ぎに到着すると店内はほぼ満席でした。
券売機でメニューを確認し、カウンターでオーダーを紙に書いて渡すとPayPay決済が可能です。
『醤油ラーメン&半カレーセット（1,360円）』に300円を追加してラーメンを『ガンコン全部のせ』に変更しました。
待つこと10分弱で提供です。
いただきます。
まずはスープです。透き通る魚介の旨みと上品な醤油感が舌に残ります。強すぎる味ではなくバランスの良さを感じます。
麺は細めでやや柔らかいチュルッとした食感です。特徴のある麺ですが、スープとの相性がよく考えられています。
美味しいです。
次にカレーです。
見た目はカレー専門店のそれと同じです。ガリガリと贅沢に入ったスパイスからのリッチな辛みと香りです。
ラーメン屋さんとは思えないというのは失礼ですが、こだわりが詰まったカレーです。
美味しいです。
ラーメンはもちろん美味しいのですが、カレー屋さんとしてもやっていける気がします。
サイドメニューの枠を超えた二刀流です。
