Both fish and side dishes go well with sake!
Uomasu-san is located at the north exit of Sugamo Station, and is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in the basement of a building with Matsuya on the street and Hidakaya on the second floor, where you can enjoy a wide variety of Japanese sake and fish dishes. This time, I went to eat sake and dinner on a weekday night, and I had made a reservation, so there was no problem, but the seats were full. The staff members range in age from seniors to students, but they are all very friendly and have a cheerful atmosphere. Orders are made using LINE Mini, and the UI is good. Well, we'll start with appetizers and beer, but the appetizers have a gentle taste with tofu and salmon flakes that haven't changed since we opened. From there, I asked for a salad with plenty of whitebait and a funamori as a birthday present. The salad is a simple salad of lettuce and whitebait, but the volume and taste (sesame oil and salt) are delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the funamori, ranging from fatty dishes such as salmon, yellowtail, and black sea bream to light dishes such as shime mackerel and octopus. From there, I shifted to sake and ordered Kabuto-ni/fried oysters/stir-fried Brussels sprouts. The Kabuto-ni is quite large and it's interesting to pick it up while eating, but it does stop the conversation lol.The fried oysters were crispy and juicy, freshly fried and served with tartar and chuno sauce, and the stir-fried Brussels sprouts were flavored with garlic. The sweetness of the Brussels sprouts stands out. Lastly, we also ordered the famous sea urchin, clam soup, and kakiage. Unigiri is a grilled Onigiri with sea urchin on top, and when you eat it, you can taste the soft flavor of sea urchin. The kakiage is a mix of onions and sakura shrimp, and has a fluffy scent of sakura shrimp. It's been a while since I last went there, but I found it to be very comfortable with good taste, good alcohol, and good customer service. I will go again!!
巣鴨の魚河岸、ここにあり!
巣鴨駅前の日本酒&魚介&和食だったらこちら。
今日もいつもの席に通してもらいまして、まずはビールで乾杯!!今日は誕生日プレゼントってことで刺し盛をいただけるとのことでそちらを楽しみに待ちつつ、まずは芽キャベツとベーコンのガーリック炒めで季節野菜の甘さとガーリックのぴりりを堪能。刺し盛と子持ち昆布揚げが次に参りまして、刺し盛はブリ/しめ鯖/真鯛/トビウオなどに加えて八角まで、これはぜいたくで美味しいであります。子持ち昆布はフライで上に乗っかった明太マヨが良いアクセントに。
今宵は魚介尽くしにしようと地魚の兜煮/カキフライ/桜エビのかき揚げも注文し、さながら巣鴨魚河岸になりました。兜煮は身をほじくって食べるので暫し無言になりつつ、
お酒は[海風土(シーフード)]で合わせてみて、進むのなんのったら。シメは稲庭うどんをおねがいしておなか一杯に。ごちそうさまでした!!
新鮮魚介と日本酒をじっくり堪能できます
巣鴨駅前に構える魚枡本店、松屋と成文堂書店の間に位置する魚介&日本酒居酒屋さんです。
今回は仕事仲間と訪問し、シラスてんこ盛りサラダや枡盛で驚いてもらい、卵焼きやアジフライ&カキフライでビールや日本酒を楽しみました。
サラダはその名の通りシラスが大量に入っており、ゴマ油のドレッシングで味わい深く。
枡盛は3段建ての枡タワーに新鮮な魚介の刺身がきれいに盛られており、今回はサーモン/スズキ/イワシが非常に良きでした。
そして、アジフライ&カキフライは安定のおいしさで、これはビールが進む時、一緒についてくる骨せんべいは日本酒に合う合うこと。
最近は忙しいからか、以前のように料理の詳しい説明は無かったです…ちょっと残念(不満で言うと、看板がけばけばしくなってるのは若干どうかと…変なコンサルでも入ったのかな)
とはいえ総じてレベル高く、コスパ非常に高いお店なので大満足です!!ごちそうさまでした!!

巣鴨で日本酒x魚介といえば[魚枡]さんでして友人と情報交換をすべく訪問です。いつもながら盛況な店内でほぼ満席状態で宴会も入っているようで良い賑わいです。
最初はお通しとビールで始めますがお通しは豆腐&鮭節で塩でいただきました。そこから、シラスたっぷりサラダと兜の塩焼きをお願い。サラダはレタス/シラスのシンプルなサラダですがボリュームもあり味(ごま油&塩)も良き、兜塩焼きはこれでもかってくらいの大きさで、かなり身が入りまくっており目玉もおいしく頂戴しました。
そこから日本酒呑み放題にシフト、追加でここで頼まなきゃNGなアジフライ/カキフライも追加でお願いしまして、ビールも日本酒も合うことたるや!!アジフライはフワフワ、カキフライはジューシーで火傷しました^^;
シメは稲庭うどんをお願いしましたが、茹で上げたての稲庭うどんはコシ/のど越し共に最高!!ちゅるちゅるっと平らげちゃいました。
味/酒/接客よしで非常に居心地が良いのです。また行きます!!強いて言うなら若い人の接客が改善余地ありですな…ドンッと置いたり、皿を皿で動かすのは不快でありました。
