去年から気になっていたけど立ち寄る機会がなかったお店。
昼はまぜめん、夜はイタリアンという落ち着いた雰囲気。
辛い方をチョイス
着丼したときから漂う香りがたまりません。
オリジナル調合と思われるスパイスは辛味よりも香りに特徴あり、
チャーシューも食感を残した噛みごたえのある食感を残してあり、幸せを感じます。
そこへ味わい深くさせるカシューナッツと白ごまのアクセントがとても◎
麺はタレとの絡みが抜群の平打ち縮れ麺もワシワシとした食感で自分好みでした。
麺を食べ終わるとメシ割りサービスが有り、また変わるところも◎
