駒込は老舗から新店まで焼肉の激戦区ですが、このお店は注目すべき優良店です。
美しく、清潔感あふれる内装。行き届いた接客、スムーズなオペレーション。
全方位にて上質。だれかとゆっくり落ち着いて焼肉が食べたいときの筆頭候補にあがります。
わたしのお気に入りは、キャベツサラダ。これを２人前。ふわっふわの千切りキャベツを、謎のドレッシングで食べると、病みつき。止まらない。白いご飯なんていらない。肉くって、キャベツをかきこむ。そしてキャベツをおかわりするのが正義です。
お肉のお勧めは、あえて味噌味のタン。あまくてコックリしてて、焦げが香ばしい。キャベツとの相性バッチリです。安いし。
