Today's games meet is Tama, who is more oriented towards Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) than creative work. There are more seafood items on the menu than in the past, such as white mackerel and boiled conger eel, so I also have raw Oyster that are not on the menu. 今日は、「東京最高のレストラン」2024掲載のジビエレストランですが、ジビエは頂かず、ウニ中心！
ウニを冷菜から、締めのパスタまでガッツリいただきました。サワラのタタキも塩とワサビでいただき、メインはホロホロ鳥。ワインもいいピノで2グラス。美味しいです。
