French restaurant "La Saison" in Hakusan, Tokyo 6 minutes from Sengoku Station. It is located in a very quiet residential area, about 6 minutes from Mt. Hakusan. The owner and chef is Akio Masuda. After training at famous restaurants such as ``Apicius'' in Yurakucho, he moved to France. Over the next 14 years, while living in the area and honing his skills, he developed a desire to open a restaurant where he could enjoy the kind of food that French office workers usually eat. Lunch menu with salad and rice or bread. The main dishes are roasted date chicken with French morel mushroom cream sauce, Spanish Iberian pork rib Steak with mustard-flavored white wine sauce, natural sea bass from Miyagi prefecture, scallops from Hokkaido, and fried shrimp with charred capers and fresh tomatoes. Butter sauce, tomato sauce spaghetti with mussels. There are also courses (lunch): Lunch Mini Course, Lunch Pasta Course, Lunch Special Course, Lunch French Duck Course, Lunch Chateaubriand Course (Japanese Black Beef Fillet A5 Rank). Roasted date chicken and morel mushrooms in cream sauce [Salad] ``Green salad'' A colorful arrangement of various leafy vegetables, yellow radish, etc., topped with a sour vinaigrette dressing. [Main] ``Roasted date chicken with morel mushroom cream sauce'' Soft and moist pasteurized date chicken combined with cream sauce rich in the flavor of morel mushrooms. We use Date chicken, which is similar in meat quality and taste to chicken from France-Bresse. The delicate, juicy meat quality of date chicken has a high-quality taste that is different from other chickens. The sauce is said to be a ``supreme sauce'' (cream sauce) made by adding cream to bouillon and the richness of French morel mushrooms and boiling it down until it becomes thick. Colorful garni is a Kamakura vegetable. Turnips, red and yellow bell peppers, purple radish, potatoes, zucchini, etc. [Bread] `` baguette'' Freshly baked. It's a soft and delicious baguette. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but given the chef's skill, the price is reasonable, and once you try it, you'll understand the quality of the food. The restaurant is located in a quiet residential area, and the ideal is for people of all ages, men and women, to come and enjoy their meals.
