All of the meat we use is ``Wao'' Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kumamoto Prefecture, which has an identification number. Please enjoy the luxurious meat quality and taste with fine marbling. And for the red meat, use loin type meat (fillet). This is a carefully selected part that is very tender and allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the meat.
