浮世絵などが壁面いっぱいに描いてあり、好きな人は
テンション上がります。
時間帯は土曜の夕刻ごろに訪問、
満員ではなかったが客層は家族連れや学生等幅広く賑やかな雰囲気
お店のオススメは馬刺し料理。
今回オーダーしたメニュー

赤身とタテガミ刺しの盛り合わせ
臭みはなく、歯切れよい生肉刺し
赤身とタテガミを一緒に食べるとトロのような味に。
•江戸味噌モツ煮込み
牛と馬がミックスされたモツ煮込み
柔らかく煮込まれたモツとコクのある味噌でお酒がすすむ！
•タレ焼き鰻のポテトサラダ
ポテトサラダ×鰻のコラボレーション
まろやか香ばしい味でつまみとしては秀逸な品。
•霜降り和牛オン•ザ•エッグ
レアに焼いた和牛をトロトロの半熟卵と共に
一口で頬張るとまるで高級すき焼きを味わっているよう。
•和牛と鰻と涙の稲荷
涙の意味は分かりませんでしたが、和牛と鰻を一緒に食すなんて贅沢ですが、更にそこに稲荷が
満足感の高い逸品です。
•さつまいものブルーチーズ田楽
芋の甘味とブルーチーズの香り、赤味噌ダレで
和洋折衷よろしく文明開花の味がする。
•生肉鉄火の手巻き、炙り霜降り和牛の手巻き
Wの皿にのせて運ばれてくる、なんとも近未来な見た目。海苔で包んで一口で、新しい寿司のスタイル。
•牛ハラミの蒲焼き
肉厚ジューシーなハラミを甘辛い蒲焼きのタレで食す。
飯の友によし、酒の友によし、間違いなしの一品。
