駅前がなんだか洗練されているではありませんか‼︎
線路を越えた先に…
古いのか新しいのか分からない新旧コラボな粋なのれん街がありました。
その中の一つ
「北斎」に行ってきました。
粋な外観と江戸を感じる店内に「呑むぞ」スイッチ速攻でオン！
●北斎名物の生肉刺身 全部盛り
*赤身 柔らかくて甘みがありました。
*ハツ こちらは歯ごたえあってあっさり
*ヒレ お上品なお味でございました。
*たてがみ 口の中でほどよくとろける感じが◎
違いを楽しめるので全部盛りオススメです。
ビールとともにあっという間にいただきました。
さすが名物だけあって、美味しかった。
●霜降り和牛オンザエッグ
半熟卵の上に美味しい和牛が〜♪
見たまんま美味しいです。
贅沢だ〜
◆生搾りレモンサワー
キリっと爽やかなレモンサワーでした。
どんな料理にでも合う優秀なレモンサワー。
●江戸味噌モツ煮込み
味噌にこだわりを感じます。
赤味噌ほのかに感じる濃厚で深みのある味噌。
レモンサワーすすんでしまうね。
◆特濃抹茶ハイ
「オーダーごとにたてる抹茶でつくる」
というのが気になって注文。
目の前でたててくれると美味しさ倍増
料理を邪魔しない苦さがちょうど良かったです。
●さつまいものブルーチーズ田楽
ブルーチーズどこ？？という感じなのに
口にいれたとたん、めちゃブルーチーズ。
味噌田楽の中にブルーチーズとは…斬新！
さつまいもの甘さと味噌とチーズ…
説明出来ないけど、とにかく合う。
クセになる味。
●炙り霜降り和牛の手巻き
海苔から溢れ出そうな霜ふり肉
落ちないうちに食らいつけ！
美味しくて幸せ〜

レモンサワーの上にレモンシャーベット。

ネーミングがかわいい。
居心地の良いお店で、
お酒にあう魅力的なおつまみがたくさんあって、
楽しい時間を過ごました。
のれん街の雰囲気もとっても良かったのでまた大塚きます。
