東京大塚のれん街お勧めの楽しい肉酒場
2回目の訪問。
今回は前回いただいて
美味しいと思った
燻製板わさや
豆苗のザクザク天かすサラダは
もちろん
季節のお勧めの
鰹のタタキや
とても気になっていた
自家製塩麹ダレの生肉ユッケを
注文。
ユッケは、ちょっとした
サプライズがあって
面白いし美味しい！
（ユッケ、他のお客さん達も
ほぼオーダーしてました）
生搾りレモンサワーも
和歌山県観音山フルーツガーデンの
無農薬・ノンワックスレモンが
半分入っていて美味！
店員さんは、今回も
フレンドリーで
楽しい時間を過ごせました。
（店員さんが来ている
お肉のTシャツがとても気になる…）

長居したくなる居酒屋さん
とても賑やかで
活気ある店内
お店の名物・馬刺しや
化学調味料を一切使わず
毎日、お店で出汁を引いて
作られている
江戸味噌モツ煮込み
格別でしたが
お通しから始まり
燻製板わさ・チーズの
スモーク加減だったり
豆苗のザクザク天かすサラダも
味付けや食感が絶妙で
（サラダ、家でも再現しよう！）
どれを食べても
アタリでした
しかも、瓶ビールフェアで
オリオンビールに遭遇
（沖縄旅行では
オリオンビール工場見学にも
行く位、オリオンビールファン）
他にも、クラフトビール
飲み比べできて良かったし
店員さんもフレンドリーな方達で
みんなで会話が弾み
いつの間にか閉店時間に…
食べてみたいメニューがまだ
たくさんあるので、また
伺わせていただきます

今回は、そちらをオーダー。
お摘みは何を食べても
美味しいのですが
今回は、何と言っても
季節のお勧めメニュー
秋刀魚の炭火焼きで
秋の旬を堪能できたのが
良かった！
（レモンサワーにもピッタリ♬）
毎日出汁を引いて
作られていてる
味噌モツ煮込みは絶品だし
生肉の、あて寿司も
〆に丁度いい。
お酒好きな方とって
ハッピーアワーは超お得なので
早めの時間から
