You can choose from 6 types of soups, ``Mala Tang'', which is a soup full of depth and flavor that goes beyond just the spiciness, and mellow ``Baitan'' (white soup), which is a soup made with slowly simmered chicken stock and ginseng. Also, be sure to try the sour and pungent ``acuna fish'' made from the lactic acid fermentation of foamed mustard greens, and the ``chinboku-yu'' made with 13 types of mushrooms, including agarisk, slowly boiled. At the three-color Hot pot, you can enjoy seasonal soups that change every two months, and special soups made with seasonal ingredients such as Shanghai crab miso soup and tomato beef tail.

The interior of the restaurant is decorated with wood grain to create a calm, hideaway-like space. We were particular about the table, so we used a river table made from Quercus trifolium. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant is decorated with paintings drawn by the chef himself, which will soothe the hearts of those who see them. Please enjoy authentic Szechuan Cuisine in a comfortable space.
ChefChef Tanaka inherits the traditional taste from his father-in-law
Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1980. He has been involved in audio work for many years. Around the time of his marriage to his wife, Hua Chong, his father-in-law Zhao Yang noticed that he was painting oil paintings as a hobby while working, and began training in traditional Szechuan Cuisine. He mastered the techniques and, despite working in a different industry, was able to fully demonstrate the taste he had acquired through sound and oil painting, and his faithful reproduction of tastes astounded the authentic Sichuanese gourmets.
