Super fresh and plump bonito delivered directly from Tosashimizu fishing port! You can enjoy the vibrant color and chewy texture of the bonito sashimi, which is never frozen. We also offer a limited quantity of ``Tosa Shimizu〆Mackerel'', which is made from fresh freshwater mackerel caught individually by vertical line fishing. We offer a wide variety of local gourmet food and alcoholic drinks, including ``Kochi Chicken Nanban'' which uses Aurora sauce instead of tartar, and ``Deep-Fried Millet Nago'' from Sukumo City.
