イヴイヴにクリスマスを済ませてしまおうとこちらを予約。別件で遅くからとなったために他であまり予約が取れなかったり、以前から口コミやニットニュース等で気になっていたこともあり決定。
入り口を通ると、すぐにワインやパテなどの販売コーナーがあり、どれも美味しそう。
さて、今夜はクリスマスの特別ディナーとワイン5種のペアリングを頂きました。
ワインは総じて好みだったと思いますが、最初のChampagneは特に美味しかったです。
料理も全体的に美味しかったですが、特に印象に残ったのは鴨とピスタチオのパテですかね。鴨肉の力強さがと香りがしっかりと活かされていて、それでいて上品な仕上がりでした。ワインとの相性も抜群。
オマール海老、金目鯛、帆立のパイ包みのソースも濃厚で堪りませんでした。
池袋駅からだいぶ離れていますが、逆に客層を考えるとそれも良いのかも知れないです。
今度は1人でカウンターで晩酌したいお店でした。
