王子駅北口の駅前路地にある回転寿司屋さん。
お昼にもうちょっと食べたいなと連食していくことに。
年末14時ごろに入店。
2組待ちということで名前を伝えて店内席で待ちます。
店内はU字型のカウンターのみな作り。
いい感じに年季の入ったお店は活気があります。
165円メニューが中心で価格は7段階の設定。
板さんは顔が見えないですが注文するとしっかり反応してくれます。
誰が頼んだのか分からないので受け渡しはちょっと大変そう。
しゃりは福島県産コシヒカリでねっちゃり食感でほんのり甘みが。
食べ応えもしっかりあってこのしゃり好きです。
いただいたのは、

・「自家製玉子(¥209)」
”こはだ”は身はしっかり目で甘酸っぱさがちょうど良い。
しめ鯖っぽさの強めな味ですがなかなかです。
”づけまぐろ”はしっかり出汁醤油が染みて白胡麻がアクセントに。
ちょっと漬け過ぎ感はありますが肉厚さもあって結構好き。
”炙りしめさば”は脂ののりも良く香ばしさもあって美味しい。
”ねぎとろ”はペースト状でほどよくこってりで食べやすい印象。
”自家製玉子”はぷるぷる食感のほどよい甘さでつまみにもなるやつ。
わがまま言うなら大根おろしが欲しくなるやつでつけて欲しい。
ネタもいいですがしゃりが違うので100円寿司にはない満足感があります。
大規模チェーンじゃなくてこういうお店が近くに欲しいです。
