夫婦揃ってボーナスが入ったので、尾久界隈で一番のお気に入りの大切なお店で贅沢しちゃいます。
先ず、ここにはハズレメニューがありません。マスターの人柄も良くて店の風格もあり大好きな空間と料理があります。
今日はこんな感じで堪能いたしました。
乾杯は生ビールと烏龍茶
お通しは、自家製豆腐のカニあんかけ。出汁がはっきりと味わえ芯が通っています。オイラは、この店の出汁の加減がたまらなく好きです。
刺身はおまかせ盛りにいたしました。関アジ、関イサキ、黄金サバ、マグロなど、養殖物に有りがちな変に脂ぎったものではなく、旨味が凝縮された本物です。
揚げもちあんかけ、タコマリネ、海老のかき揚げはカミさんの大好物。満足そうに食べております。
お初に頼んだ牛すじ煮込み。これは凄い。こんな上品で力強いすじ煮込みは初めてです。素材がギリギリのバランスで保たれてて雑念が無い。凄いです。
あっという間に料理を堪能し、マスターと雑談して満足感一杯で店をあとにしました。
