近くの牛徳さんの姉妹店。
牛徳がいっぱいのときはこちらにお邪魔してますが、クオリティも文句なしです。場所もあるかもしれないですが混み合ってる訳ではなく、もっと人気出ていいと毎回思います。
冷凍ではない生で出てくるのでどれもちゃんと美味しい。特に牛タンは生タンで絶品です。
個人的にはコリコリ塩が好きです。
