テレビで取材されて気になっていました。紙コレクターの私にとって、うどん＆蕎麦より、
尾久警察署の訓示入り橋袋が欲しくて～交通安全なにより！
このお蕎麦やさん、近所にも出前をする地域密着系な店で、都電荒川線の「宮ノ前」駅の目の前
しかも午前１０時半から深夜３時まで通し営業するちょっと変わった店
古くからやってる店かわかりませんが、新築みたいで綺麗な店でした。
テレビで見たのは、牛スジせいろうどん（１３００円）
稲庭うどんを、ユッケジャンスープにつけて食べるというありそうでなかった秋田県と韓国の結合！
タップリのネギと、ゴロゴロと、口の中でとろける牛スジがタップリと入っています。
うどんは、そばに変更もできますが、辛い汁なので、
味も色も染まりやすいさらな真っ白いうふどんのほうが断然合います。
稲庭うどんは、細めで、平たいうどんです。
つけ汁は、そんなに辛くはないです。辛さの中に甘味に近い旨味があります。
最初から大盛りにしておけばよかったんですが、
フツー盛りのうどんでは、汁がメチャメチャあまり、もったいないので、
ご飯（漬けもの付き２５０円）を追加し、雑炊のように入れて汁を完食しました。
蕎麦やでは、昼酒に走りたい私ですが、この後も飲むのでガマン。
メニューをみたら驚き！飲み放題をやっている蕎麦屋を見たことあります？（笑）
夜にはどんな呑んベぇたちの雰囲気なんでしょ～
