賑わっていました
移転されてきてからしばらく経っているのに、私は利用したことがなかったので、行ってみたいと、土曜日の夜に訪問。
私達が通していただいたカウンターの２席以外は全て予約札が立っていました。
土曜ということで、ご家族連れが既に盛り上がっていたり、予約の団体のお客様が数組あって、すごい賑わいです。
宮崎料理のお店、カウンターには焼酎がずらーーーっと並んでいました。
お通しは高菜漬け、ご近所熊本の名物ですね。
きまぐれグリーンサラダは、お野菜のみ、水菜をもう少し短くカットしていただけたほうが、私は食べやすかったです。
（水菜を切る長さって微妙ですよね、短いと存在感ないし、長いと一口で収まりきれず…）
主人は何度か利用しているので、お勧め料理を注文しました。
自家製厚揚げ、好きです。厚揚げを豆腐から作るのって、すごい手間なんですよね、それがわかるから余計においしく感じるし、いいお店だな、と思います。
地鶏もも肉たたき炙り、ムネは食べますが、モモは初めてです。お肉がしっかりしていて、おいしかったです。
チキン南蛮、タルタルも自家製でしょうね、さっぱりタイプのものでした。
この日は以上でしたが、お刺身なども新鮮でおいしいとのことなので、また利用させていただこうと思います。

若い店員さんは元気で、シフトに入るとわざわざ自己紹介で挨拶に来てくれます。
お料理も手作りで、厚揚げは揚げたてほかほかで美味しいです。
この日は梅水晶、明太子天、厚揚げ、チキン南蛮をいただきました。
