気になる宮崎料理へ
いつも隣の醍醐さんに行ってしまうけど、ちょっと気になっていたこちら。
宮崎地鶏は結構食べてます。ここはどうなのかな？
金曜ですが、前日に予約できたので19時ちょい前に訪問。
グループがすでに盛り上がってました。
店内は意外と広め。
後から別のグループもやってきて、かなりの賑わい。
しかもほぼ男性でした、なぜか。
名物のもも肉炭火焼、チキン南蛮、コロコロ明太天、ネギオムレツをオーダー。
もも肉はキャベツを鉄板にぎゅっと押し付けてもも肉と一緒に食べると美味しい。
私、実はタルタルソースが苦手なので、ソースは半分だけにしてもらい、チキン南蛮はそのまま頂く。
うーん、これはわりと普通。
炭火焼や明太天の方が美味しい。
焼酎が多いのはうれしいけど、水割りはちょっと薄すぎるかな。
お店を出る時には店主さんらしき男性が、外まで見送って下さってちょっと嬉しかったです。

期間限定でランチに鶏そばを出しているとの情報を得て、早速突撃。
11:40、先客はカウンターにお一人。
奥のテーブル席のスペースは閉めているようです。
私もカウンターに着席し、アルコール消毒と検温を済ませて狙っていた鶏塩そばを注文。
鶏専門の居酒屋さんだけあって、スープが美味しい。
もうちょっとしょっぱいのかな？と予想していたけど
そこまでではなく。
何より鶏と豚のチャーシュー、そして大きめみじん切りの玉ねぎのトッピングがとても合う。
鶏チャーシューは増量すればよかったと、激しく後悔するほど美味しい。
緊急事態宣言が明けても食べたい味です。
