A short walk from Oji Station. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) serving Miyazaki cuisine. It's open until a little later than other stores in the area (although last order is at 11pm). Counter seats are also available, making it convenient for solo diners. What we received were ``charcoal-grilled thigh meat'' (1,200 yen), ``Chicken Nanban (half)'' (? yen), an appetizer (? yen), and shochu ``Kuro Riemon'' (650 yen) with water. The bill was 2,800 yen.The chicken was ordered from Miyakonojo in Miyazaki, so it was very authentic. So, both of the dishes I ordered Meat Dishes. ``Charcoal Grilled Thigh Meat'' has a finish that thoroughly removes moisture and oil. Also, it has less salt than other stores, and there is no chemical flavor. A good impression is that the restaurant is simple and sturdy, with a focus on the flavor of the meat. “Chicken Nanban” uses thigh meat. This chicken has a moist finish, which is the complete opposite of grilled chicken. When served with plenty of tartar sauce to make it crunchy, the contrast with the crunchy texture of the deep-fried batter is very pleasant. Excellent. If you order shochu with water (no ice), it will be strong and plentiful. Honest. It is a good shop. I never thought a store like this existed in Oji. I think I'll go again.
