I visited after 11 o'clock on a certain day in August 2021. Gyumi is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and Korean Cuisine restaurant located a 1-minute walk from Oji Station. There was only one customer in the reasonably sized store. I sat alone at the counter and ordered the ``daily lunch (pure tofu jjigae set meal)'' for ¥880. After waiting for about 12.3 minutes, the food is served. A combination of pure tofu jjigae, 3 types of side dishes, mini salad, and rice. First, try the pure tofu jjigae. The taste is quite bland and it lacks richness. I don't dislike the salty and light taste, but it doesn't feel spicy either, so it leaves an unsatisfactory impression. The side dishes taste good. The braised beef tendon has just the right amount of richness and saltiness, and it tastes great when eaten with jjigae and rice. Salad, which is shredded cabbage with dressing, is eaten when you want to refresh your mouth. The ingredients in the pure tofu jjigae were also disappointing overall. In addition to the main tofu, there are only a few vegetables and a small amount of clams, so it lacks a satisfying taste. I was disappointed because I wanted to feel the flavor and spiciness of the ingredients. It might have been better to try something else on the menu at this restaurant. Next time I visit, I would like to check out the restaurant's true value with a different menu.
