2020年7月のとある休日の12時頃に訪ねた。
王子駅を出て徒歩2分ほどの場所にある「ビストロ ジュン」。
それほど広くないが雰囲気の良い店内には先客2名。
テーブル席に2人で座る。
前菜の盛り合せにメイン料理、パンが付く「シェフおまかせコース」¥2,000を注文。メインは「特製牛たんシチュー」をリクエスト。
早速「前菜盛り合せ」が提供される。自家製サーモンマリネ、キッシュ、ブロッコリーのムース、あずき貝と共にサラダが盛り付けられている。
なかなかクオリティの高い前菜。サーモンマリネは良い塩加減でジューシー。あずき貝も独特の美味しさがあり、大人な味。ブロッコリーのムースもスッキリとした味わいの中に仄かに甘みを感じる。満足の一皿。
オリーブオイルと共にパンも出される。程好い柔らかさで美味しい。
メインの「特製牛たんシチュー」が提供される。小さめに切られたタンがたっぷり盛り付けられている。仄かに酸味のあるシチューはコクもあって味わい深い。タン自体はそれほど良いものでは無いと感じた。タンの風味と食感はそれほど良くは無い。ただ、食べ応えはあってボリューム的に満足。茹で野菜、マッシュポテト共に味わう。最後はパンでシチューを吸って堪能。
王子駅近くのビストロで良いランチを楽しむことが出来た。接客も良い距離感で心地好い。
雰囲気が良く、ランチの味も良かったのでディナーでも利用したいと思う。
