最後のロケ店です。
小ネタ③
この道を続けていればいつかは会えると思っていた初ハンバーグ師匠
オンエアされるか不明ですが、私がしゃべる前に小声でアドバイスや緊張をほぐしてもらったりと
すっげぇ優しくしていただきました。
あれはね、あれだね、惚れるわ(*´ω｀)
あと、ロケバスの中では最近のスマートフォンって軽いよねって話をしてました。
すげぇお三方と何故私はスマフォの軽さを談笑しているのだろうか・・・もったいなさすぎた（笑）
さて、ラストのクールカフェ
前回、メディアのお仕事で偶然見つけた神がかったハンバーグのお店
実は２月に閉店することが確定していたいのを、３月まで延ばしてもらい
果てには通い詰めて口説き落とした結果、閉店すること自体をやめてもらった感謝しかないお店です。
外観くっそ怪しいですね。
高級時計の修理をメインに行っているお店で、そのお客用のラウンジだったのが始まり
一般の方にも解放したのが後だったので、メニューの価格や内容は完全におかしいです安すぎます。
究極のハンバーグ
麹を使ったハンバーグ
ふわっと柔らかくてパンとの相性もバッチリ
デミグラスソースも絶品で止まりません(*´ω｀)
箸で食べるより断然スプーンで食べるハンバーグ、ふんわり優しい優しすぎるハンバーグ
個人的にはドリンクセットにして
ホットチョコミルクつけるのが大好きです。
そして、その究極のハンバーグをつかったホットサンド
究極の麹ハンバーグはパンとも相性がバツグンとマスターに言われただけある。
うまい。
ホットサンドは６８０円で二種類
フルサイズが二種類なので食パンで言うと４枚分です。
それでこの価格すごい。
今年のハンバーグ写真集に間違いなくノミネートされたハンバーグですので
年末楽しみにお待ちください！
