都電荒川線の荒川車庫前停留所すぐ。というか、隣が荒川車庫です。目の前を色んな都電が通過していくので、鉄道ファンにはたまらないかもね。店内は、時計や壁掛け電話など、アンティークな品が目につきます。でも、時計は全部違う時刻を指しているので、ちょっと戸惑うな。
ハンバーグ（200g）とマンゴージュースをいただきました。会計１２８０円。まず、ご飯とサラダの皿、続いてハンバーグ（鉄板）。ご飯は、今時珍しいラグビーボールの形。サラダはトマト、キャベツ、ポテサラほか。ハンバーグは、１０センチの楕円型、厚さも５~６センチはあります。ナイフも付いてきますが、これ、フォークだけで充分ですね。フワトロという表現もありますが、ちょっと違うかな。滑らかで抵抗ない食感ですね。粗挽きとは対極の存在です。粗挽きのハンバーグも好きですが、これはこれでアリかなあ。それはそうと、マンゴージュースは旨かったけど、やはりビール飲みたかったなー。ノンアルでもいいから。
