さいきん、テレビや雑誌などで紹介されるハンバーグ屋さんです。
都電荒川線の荒川車庫前駅から徒歩2分も掛からない場所にあります。
入口はとても狭くて、店内も狭いです。
予約をしていたのですぐに入れました。
が、次から次に、お客様が訪問してました。
満席になりやすいので、タイミングご悪いと
入れない事もあります。
オーダーしたのは、デミグラスハンバーグ
セットはパンかライスが選べます。
パンも自家製らしく、オススメしてくれたので
パンにしました。
しかし、ワンオペなので提供まで時間を要します。
やっとセットのサラダとパンが登場。
軽めのドレッシングが掛かったサラダと
味が濃い目のポテサラ付き。
そして、やっとハンバーグが登場。
200gを注文したので、カワイイサイズのハンバーグ。
丸くてコロッとしてます。
オーブンから出したてなので、熱々の鉄板で提供。
ナイフを刺すと、肉汁はじゅるっと出てきます。
ふわふわですが、肉々しい感じもあります。
メディアの力は凄いですね。。。
近くにあらかわ遊園があるので、散歩コースには
良いのではないでしょうか。
