Our hot pot is made with plenty of the ancient seasoning "irizake" made by boiling dried Kishu Nanko plums in sake and finishing with bonito flakes, and is made with a luxurious soup made from Hokkaid

The meat used is a rare, top-quality breed that is carefully raised in the former Bato Town, Tochigi Prefecture. We use "brown pork."
