十条駅からほど近いアーケードのある商店街の中にある「温」は、地元で人気の居酒屋らしい。
確かに店内は活気に溢れ、目配り、気配りの店長がお客様の様子をよーく見ている。
一声で飛んできて、本日のオススメや定番メニューの中でもここがこだわりだ！と丁寧に説明してくれるのがありがたい。
本日のこだわりメニューは、高知から取り寄せたという菜の花を味噌や塩をつけながら生で食べるというもの！これがエグミもなくシャキシャキとして、いい香りのする葉っぱでなんとも言えず美味しい。
他にも創作系が多く、いぶりがっことクリームチーズ、ブルーチーズの牡蠣グラタン、巨大出し巻き卵、本日のぶつ切り魚のラー油和えなどなど…
そして、日本酒をたのめば、それに合うつまみ、ハイボールを頼めばすかさず薫香のするつまみをすすめてくれる。
細々と気配りする店長に感激するお店である。
最近は、チェーン店の居酒屋が増えて、コンビニと同様の見た目とオペレーション重視のお料理が当たり前になってきた。
サービスだってコンビニとなんら変わらない。
そんな中で、こうしたお客様に気配りしてくれるお店はほんとにありがたい。
