食べログでフォローしている方が推しておられ、かつ十条は仕事先でもあることもあり、一度は行ってみようと出かけてみました。
駅から十条商店街に入り、少し行って左側にまがり、ラーメン屋さんやカレー屋さんの多い道をしばらく行くと左側にあります。
フォローしている方が『「天とじ」か「チャーシュー」を選んでください。』と書かれていたので、最初に「チャーシュー」をお願いしたらありませんでした。次に「天とじ」と言ったら「出来ます。」との回答で、しばらく待ちました。
玉子で表面が黄色くなった丼に七味を振りかけると鮮やかな赤が際立ちます。
うどんを掬おうとすると、麺がからんでツユが跳ねそうなので慎重に口に運びます。
麺の茹で具合は最高です。
海老天のエビはぷりぷりでおいしさが際立っています。
十条で仕事していて良かったと思いました。
