Instagramで情報入手
金曜日の開店すぐに電話したら
OK頂きました。入店後、すぐに満席近くに
なったので席予約は必須か。
Instagramで紹介されていたレバ刺しの卵黄も
あるとのことで、黒生をチビチビやりながら
待つことに。
そんなに待つことなくレバ刺しの登場。
大きさはそこまでじゃないですが、やはり
インパクトはある。醤油にニンニクを溶かして
頂く感じでした。卵黄は潰すの抵抗はあるんです
けど混ぜて和えたほうが美味しいので
やっぱりまぜちゃうよね^^;
あとは胡麻油ればを注文して余った胡麻油を
レバ刺しにつけて楽しんだりした。
映える目玉メニューもあるし
違うもつ刺しもあったのでそれも
次回は頂きたいと思います！
