和菓子のような歴史と繊細さ 明壽庵のあん食パン
明壽庵は、東京王子の地で明治・大正から続く老舗３社ーパンの明治堂(明)・久壽餅の石鍋商店(壽)・餡の王子製餡所(庵) に由来しています。 |
明壽庵さんもだいぶ知れ渡ってきましたね。この前、東京ドームのラクーアのディッシュ＆デリに行ったら出店していました。こちらのあん入りの食パンは人にあげたら大変気に入ったようで自分でもわざわざ買いに行ったとのこと。自宅用に買うにはちょっとお値段がいいので頻繁には買えませんが手土産にするにはいいです。今日は季節限定のおいもあん食パンとプレーンを各1斤ずつ購入しました。
おいもあん食パンはハーフでも850円なんでかなり高めですよね。いもとあんこ、合うのかなと思いきや相性抜群。軽くトーストすると甘みもましてグッド
たしかきつねあん食パンって言ったかな油揚げの入ったあん食パンがあったけどこれはビミョーだったな。王子の狐にちなんで作ったんだろうから話のたねには面白かったけど。
