Our restaurant is a small restaurant run by a couple with about four tables. The reality is that we are unable to provide private rooms or chairs for children. For this reason, we have been trying to find ways to accommodate this ever since we opened, but we have decided to only accept reservations and visits from children who are old enough to sit down and eat for both lunch and dinner. We recreate Italian ristorante cuisine without using any chemical seasonings. Our handmade pasta has shapes and textures that reflect the characteristics of each region of Italy. In particular, tagliolini, tagliatelle, and orecchiette are characterized by their chewy texture, while stuffed pasta such as ravioli has a crisp texture. We are particular about using ingredients delivered directly from the source, and use shorthorn beef from Yamagata Village, Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture. This rare beef is an outstanding delicacy, with the flavor overflowing the more you chew it. It is also characterized by having very little fat. Furthermore, Jinhua pork from Hirata Farm in Yamagata Prefecture is also known as the "phantom pork" and is highly valued for its delicate meat quality and delicious fat (offered as part of the dinner course.
