飲んだ後次の店をぶらぶら検索中に偶然見かけたこちらのお寿司屋さんに伺いました。
3組ウェイティング中。
30分位待ち、テーブル席へ案内されました。
本日オーダーしたのは、
刺身盛り合わせ1人前
ふぐのタタキポン酢
にぎり寿司は、こち、金目鯛、穴子、上うに、生本鮪赤身、赤貝、中トロ鉄火巻
回転寿司では無く、職人さんが握って提供してくれます。
ネタはどれも新鮮で一切臭みはない。
生本鮪赤身はとろ〜っとした食感で脂っぽくなく美味しいですね！
シャリも美味しいと思います。
うには絶品。
臭みなく、口溶けが良く極上物です。
雰囲気も良く提供も早いので再訪決定です。
2人で飲んで食べてCPも良くお腹いっぱいです。
