From appetizers to desserts, we are particular about making our own homemade dishes, and most of our dishes are carefully prepared and served in-house. The recommended main dish is ``Aged beef rib roast grilled with rock salt.'' It is a satisfying dish with a rich and concentrated flavor. We also have many other Meat Dishes such as ``Roasted Iberico Pork'' and ``Stewed Beef Cheek''♪ In addition, our pizzas are carefully selected not only for the dough but also for the cooking method, which we are proud of after much trial and error.
