お通しはアラ煮、旨いです。
まずは旬の味、蚕豆からスタート、早々にビールは卒業して、
お酒に切り替えました。福井県大野市の南部酒造場の純米酒米しずく
馥郁とした香りと包容力のある味わいが魅力です。
お願いしたお刺身の盛り合わせによく合います。
鮪、あおり烏賊、〆鯖、旬鯵など、どれも美味しいですが、
とりわけ鯵の美味しいこと。居酒屋さんでは絶対出てこない旨い魚に
しばし舌鼓を打ちならしてしまいました。
お酒もお代わりを繰り返して、北陸から陸奥へ、
青森県の田酒に到達してしまいました。
まさに春爛漫、料理も若竹煮へ。
こういう風に季節を感じながら酒を飲ませてくれるのはうれしい限りです。
