赤羽で喰い散らかし！

本日は赤羽で昼ラーメンです。
赤羽小学校のそば、ビルの３階にある中華のお店。
店内は広く、かなりのキャパを要してる。
パーコー麺を狙ったが、まさかの売り切れ。
昼始まったばかり、客入りもキャパの１割程度。
到底、売り切れるとは思えないが…
致し方ない。
ということで、坦々麺（￥850）をいただくことに。
点心１点、デザート、ドリンク付き。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、あっさりめの芝麻醤。
辛すぎずいい塩梅の辛さ。
ほんのりと後味に酸味が広がり、キレがいい。
麺は細めのちぢれ麺。
思ったより麺量があってボリューミー。
ただ、麺が絡まり気味で食べづらい。
肉味噌は甘めの味付け具合。
青菜はシャキシャキの小松菜が結構いっぱい。
点心は春巻きが半分。
担々麺が食べ終わる頃に登場。
揚げたて、カリカリ食感。
味付けもほどよくなかなかの美味さ。
デザートは杏仁豆腐。
適度な甘さ、さっぱり口直しにいい。
ドリンクは、ホットコーヒー。
ゆっくりと食後の一杯。
ランチのセットとしては、CPもなかなか。
食器を下げる際に調理担当のご婦人かな。
「うちは初めて。他のところとは違うよ、コクがあるからね！」
と、いきなり自信満々のご様子。
あっけにとられて、苦笑気味に首肯定。
それより、パーコー麺をいただきたいかな。
