ひつまぶしだと「鰻じゃないの？」って思うけど豚でも行ける
甘く味付けされた豚がご飯と合う☺️
1杯目は普通に食べて、2杯目は薬味を乗せて、3杯目は昆布と鰹節の黄金だしをかけていただく
この出汁が美味いのよ
豚の甘さが出汁に溶けて口の中でとろける☺️
