2021年5月某日の11時過ぎに訪ねた。
赤羽駅から徒歩3分。ビルの地下にある「すしざんまい 得得赤羽店」。
広々とした店内は3割程度客で埋まっていた。
テーブル席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「店長おすすめ丼」¥968を注文。
7,8分ほど待って提供される。
茶碗蒸しと味噌汁が付く店長おすすめ丼。
海鮮具材が程好く乗った丼。鮪の赤身、イカ、サーモン、白身、海老、ネギトロなどバランスは良い。玉子焼きが2個というのも個人的には嬉しい。
店長おすすめ丼なる海鮮丼を食べながら、茶碗蒸しも楽しむ。こちらも具材が程好く散らばっており満足出来る。何といっても銀杏が味わえるのが嬉しい。
正直、海鮮具材のクオリティは高いとは言い難い。とは言え、値段なりの品質のものをそれなりのボリュームで味わえる海鮮丼に仕上がっている。1,000円以内の値段設定であれば納得。
広い店内で間隔を保って食事が出来る環境であったのはありがたい。あまり混雑しない状況であれば、また利用しても良いと思う赤羽の「すしざんまい」であった。
