赤羽上陸、二件目。。。エビと牡蠣のお店やね。
偶然、2階の個室的な部屋がタイミングよく空いた。
NICEな席に案内されたわ。。。
とりあえず。。
エビの食べ比べバケツ盛り
生牡蠣
甘エビの塩辛
長芋浅漬け
クワトロフォルマッジ
を頼んだ。
エビは4種類。甘エビ、ボタンエビ、あとはなんやっけ？名前は忘れたけど美味かった。
牡蠣も同じ美味かった。塩辛、浅漬けもGOOD。
クワトロフォルマッジや。。こいつが。。。
やばいくらい美味いっっ！牡蠣とエビが主役やと思ったらダークホースがおったわ。
俺的ＮＯ１はクワトロフォルマッジ。
ようはチーズのピザやね。ハチミツがかかったやつ。
ピザかと思いきや、、生地はクロワッサン的な感じ。トロトロの大量チーズがONされててめちゃくちゃ美味い！！
エビと牡蠣も美味いけど、、ぜひクワトロフォルマッジを食べてくれいっっ！
