この日は仕事帰りに寄道して赤羽で一人飲み。
軽く一周りして入ったのは、「赤羽シルクロード トロ函」さん。赤羽に何店舗かある大人気の海鮮居酒屋さんです。
以前休日に来た時はかなり混んでたので断念しましたが、今回はすんなりとカウンター席へご案内。
扉開けてるからか七輪のせいなのか店内はちょっと暑いですが、活気が有っていい感じです。
注文は、活ホタテの殻焼き・鮪ホホ肉の炙り・じゃこ天・鮪ブツに店員のお姉さんにお勧めされた大根ポン酢(？)で。ドリンクは瓶ビール(大瓶)です。
大根ポン酢はその名のとおりですが、大根の皮かな。サッパリとして美味しい。
鮪ホホ肉は七輪で炙って。しっかりめに火を入れて追い塩して食べると美味しい。
鮪ブツは赤身。筋張って固いとかは全く無く、この価格なら充分な味と量。
中でもこの日良かったのは、ホタテとじゃこ天。
ホタテは大ぶりな身がほっこりとして美味い。肝部分があるのもいいですね。
じゃこ天はかなり厚め。コゲの部分かアクセントで美味い。
締めは、びっくりトロ鉄火巻き。全体的にはそれ程トロは入って無いのですが、二切れだけ大きめな切身が刺さってます。太巻なので、お腹いっぱいになります。
大瓶2本飲んだ後は、神田ハイボールとトロ函ハイボールを1杯ずつ。どちらも甘めだったので、コレはちょっと失敗。今度は違うのにしよう。
美味しい海鮮がお手軽に食べれるので、人気なのも納得です。ごちそうさまでした‼︎
