友人がこの街に引っ越してきたので、これから利用することが増えるだろう駅。
赤羽ランチ開拓第一弾。
以前から気になっていた神保町食肉センターをチョイス。
時刻は14時ちょい過ぎ。
ラスト入店が14時半なので、小走りしながら向かう。
何とか間に合った。
ピーク帯は並ぶことも多いらしいこの店だが、この日はタイミングがよく、スムーズに入店。
ランチは1000円で
豚肉各種（+一部鶏肉）、ご飯、スープ、オニオンスライスが45分間食べ放題。
Aセット…ピートロ味噌味とももの塩味
Bセット…ピートロ味噌味ともものタレ味
Cセット…レバーとハツの塩味
麹鶏
のラインナップ。
最初はAセットからスタート。その後は組み合わせ自由に注文していく。
まずはピートロが美味い。
あまり馴染みのない名前だが、トントロとほとんど同じ豚のネックの部分らしい。脂の乗った豚肉がご飯によく合う。
漬け込んでいる味噌ダレが深みとコクがあり、食欲をさらに増加させる。
ピートロより少しさっぱりした方が好きな人には、もも肉がおすすめ。
塩・タレどちらも美味い。
麹鶏は塩麹がしっかりと漬け込まれていて、柔らかい。
ザクザクした食感のハツは脂身が少なくさっぱりいける。ただ、塩ダレの味付けはしっかりしているのでご飯との相性も○。
個人的イチオシはレバー。
とにかく肉質が高い。
内部の食感がしっとり、かつトロッとしている。パサつきは全くなく、一方でネトっとした感じもない絶妙な食感。
レバー特有の血っぽい鉄っぽい臭みはあまり感じないまま、風味が程よく鼻に抜ける。
ここ数年で食べた焼きレバーの中で1番。
どの肉も新鮮かつ高品質、そして漬け込んでいるタレが最高。
赤羽店以外にも都内に何店舗かあるこの店、卸）神保町食肉センター。
その看板に偽りは無く、『卸』ならではの高品質かつハイコスパでの提供で、満足度はかなり高かった。
夜も美味いらしいので、次も見かけたら必ず入りたいですね。
